Apollon Apartments are obligated to provide all the services requested and paid by the client in the online booking in their full quality and quantity according to the data, presented by the client in the booking form: name of client, period of stay, number of nights, number of adults and children, price per night.

The "Remarks" field in the booking form does not have obligatory character for Apollon Apartments and all the requests of the client, pointed in that field shall be satisfied only if and when possible.

In the booking request form children are considered the persons that have not completed the relevant years of age in the date of arrival in the hotel.



The prices stated in the website of Apollon Apartments are final customer prices with 9% VAT, community tax and insurance included. The whole amount that clients must pay is calculated automatically when the booking is made in accordance with the booked stay, number of adults and children and with the actual price offer for the period.

When making an online booking, payment of 30% of the whole amount of the booking by debit/credit card should be made in the moment of booking as a quarantie. Transferring the requested amount by bank should be made not later than the specified in the booking confirmation term.

Apollon Apartments reserves the right to change the prices and special offers published in its website in accordance with the market search and the available rooms at the moment. For bookings confirmed and paid by the client, the sum for the reservation does not change, no matter a new price offer is presented.



In case of cancellation, no show or change of an online booking Apollon Apartments refunds the amount paid by the client in a 30-days term upon a client’s request and after charging the penalty due:

  • Changes of booking up to 7 days before arrival are made without any penalty charge
  • Cancellation of booking up to 7 days before arrival is made without any penalty charge
  • In case of a change or cancellation of the booking after these periods the full amount of the deposit will be charged.

When refunding of amounts paid for bookings all costs of the transfer (banking charges, fees, etc.) are covered by the customer.


Payment may be performed in 3 different ways:

  1. Internet payment with debit or credit card
    We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic and Maestro. Upon choosing this method, the payment platform of DSK Bank (DSK Group) is authorized where you are supposed to enter your card’s details. If you are registered in the schemes Verified by VISA or MasterCard Secure Code your servicing bank opens the authentication page where you are to enter your password. Upon successful transaction, a receipt is displayed, that can be printed or saved as a proof of payment made.

To protect you from abusive payment with your Visa or MasterCard, we apply the best practices recommended by the international card organizations:

  • The security of the introduction and transmission of card data is provided using the SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the payment platform of our servicing bank.
  • The authenticity of your card is verified by introducing security code (CVV2).
  • In addition, to identify you as the cardholder, the online payment server of our servicing bank supports the authentication schemes of the international card organizations - Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code, if you are registered to use them.
  • For security reasons the maximum amount that is allowed to be paid by card is 3 000 Bulgarian leva.

When making an online reservation the sums mentioned shall be automatically drawn out from your card when you complete the payment process.

2. Payment by bank transfer

The payment of the amount due is to be made not later than the terms, specified in the online booking confirmation. After the payment is made, it is recommended that you send a copy of the payment document to e-mail:, indicating the reservation number in the reason for payment.

3. Payment in cash, upon check-in in Apollon Apartments

For reservations starting within the next three days it is advisable to opt for cash payment in order to urge the processing of booking.



If the online reservation is not paid in the stated period your reservation will be automatically cancelled by the reservation system.
