
All rates are per apartment per day on Bed Only Base. Rates include all fees, a weekly and final
cleaning, electricity and water charges, use of washing machine and air
condition, as well as in the middle of week change of bed linen and towels.
Guests use 6 swimming pools with children sections, sun-loungers and sun-umbrellas around the pools, children playgrounds and tennis court for free.

Others:
a) Small pets up to 5 kg. allowed at extra cost of 5 EUR per day.
b) Transfer to the property provided upon request and at extra cost.
c) Rent-a-car services, excursions and other concierge services provided on place.
d) Initial replenishment of the fridge with drinks and food – as per a stock list is provided at extra cost.
General policy:
Regular Check-in time is from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
For late arrivals (after 6 p.m.) a fee of 15 EUR is extra charged upon check in.
The check out time is from 9 a.m. to 12.00 a.m.
Before and after that time a surcharge is applicable.
By room use between 2 pm and 6 pm the guest is paying extra 50% of the regular room rate.
Special requirements:
1) Minimum stay of 3 days is required in the periods May, June, September and October.
2) Minimum stay of a week during July and August is required. Shorter stay may be booked upon availability.

General Deposit, Cancellation and No-show Policy:
Deposit: A deposit of 30% of total cost is required at booking.
Cancellation:
For cancellations made between 0 and 14 days before the arrival date a penalty equal to 30% of total stay will be applied.
For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date a penalty equal to 20% of total stay will be applied.
For cancellations made more than 30 days before
the arrival date no penalty will be applied.
No-Show: No-shows are subject to a penalty equal to 30% of total stay.

How and when to book:
You will find Apollon Holiday Apartments a very popular choice and "great value for money". To ensure your choice period and to take advantage of the price structure we recommend you book before March.

Special request are not guaranteed, however we will always do our best to comply with your wishes provided they are made in advance of your departure.
Pool:
Please note that the swimming pool is a free facility, included along with the apartment you are renting. The Pool regarded as being in a separate area to the apartments - this is for the safety of you and your guests, especially young children. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your children.
Maintenance:
All breakages, accidents, problems and losses must be reported to the Property managers as soon as they occur so that they can be attended to. As with any home appliances they will, from time to time, malfunction and may need repair or replacement - we will do our best to have any problem rectified as quickly as possible. Repair times may be dependent on third parties such as utility companies. Access to the rental home may be required by authorized maintenance personnel during your stay. This hardly happens, but if it does, it will be with your consultation.
Damages:
When renting a property you are expected to ensure that your party members act responsibly and respect the property and it's contents as you would your own home. The party leader agrees to accept full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of their party, during the occupation and confirms that the cost of repair or replacement will be met.
Conduct:
We ask that you act in a considerate and courteous manner during your stay. We want you all to have fun, but we request that this does not abuse the property or disturb other guests.
Complaints:
Should our guests have any cause for complaint in the course of the holiday, we must be notified immediately.
Force Majors:
We will not be liable for problems or delays caused by strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, tornadoes, hurricanes, transportation problems, airport closures, weather conditions or any other event beyond our immediate control. We suggest that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
Liability:
In the event of any problems whatsoever the total liability will be limited to the rental amount paid by the client.
General Points:
Swimming pools are great fun and few people would choose a holiday home without the availability of one. Most people are not used to a home pool but they are an obvious source of DANGER especially for young children and non-swimmers. We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any mishap caused as a result of the swimming pool. You are particularly advised NEVER to allow children and non-swimmers to use the pool unsupervised. There is not a lifeguard on duty.
