3rd person in a studio pays 10 BGN per day extra.

Parking at Apollon Complex is free of charge for all guests of Apartments Apollon.

Check-in takes place between 14:00 and 20:00.
Check-out time is from 9.00 to 12.00.
When using the apartment between 14.00 and 18.00, 50% of the value of the last night will be charged
A damage deposit of 50 EUR (100 BGN) will be requested upon check-in at the reception desk. This deposit is fully refundable prior to departure if no damages are caused during the stay.
Booking Deposit:
A deposit of 30% of total cost is required till 14 days before arrival.
Cancellations conditions:
Free cancellation possible up to 7 days before arrival.
If cancelled later a penalty equal to 30% of total stay will be applied.
The length of stay after the check-in may be reduced by the guests, but the amounts of unused days will not be returned.
Important! All bank fees are at tourists' expense even in case of reservation's cancellation.

How and when to book: You will find Apollon Apartments a very popular choice and "great value for money". To ensure your choice period and to take advantage of the price structure we recommend you book before March. Special requests are not guaranteed, however we will always do our best to comply with your wishes provided they are made in advance of your departure.
Maintenance: All breakages, accidents and losses must be reported to the receptionists as soon as they occur so that they can be attended to. As with any home appliances they will, from time to time, malfunction and may need repair or replacement - we will do our best to have any problem rectified as quickly as possible. Repair times may be dependent on third parties such as utility companies. Access to the rental home may be required by authorized maintenance personnel during your stay. This hardly happens, but if it does, it will be with your consultation.
Damages: When renting a property you are expected to ensure that your party members act responsibly and respect the property and it's contents as you would your own home. The party leader agrees to accept full liability for all loss or damage caused by any member of their party, during the occupation and confirms that the cost of repair or replacement will be met.
Conduct: We ask that you act in a
considerate and courteous manner during your stay. We want you all to have fun,
but we request that this does not abuse the property or disturb other guests.
Complaints: Should our guests have any cause for complaint in the course of the holiday, we must be notified immediately.
Force Majors: We will not be liable for problems or delays caused by strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, fire, flood, tornadoes, hurricanes, transportation problems, airport closures, weather conditions or any other event beyond our immediate control. We suggest that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
Liability: In the event of any problems whatsoever the total liability will be limited to the rental amount paid by the client.
